Verdict
Solid rulings
A Solid ruling means the claim, as worded, holds up in several large randomised trials in people, with consistent results on outcomes that matter to patients rather than lab markers alone. It is the rarest stamp on the board.
Solid does not mean safe for everyone or free of side effects. Approved peptide medicines carry labels with warnings, contraindications and monitoring rules, and a Solid verdict on an approved drug says nothing about an unapproved copy sold under the same name. The meter beside each stamp shows how strong the trials are, from 1 to 5. Files land here only when the human record is large and repeated, which is why most marketing claims never reach it. The grading method explains each step, and the verdict board shows the whole docket side by side.
