Body and weight claims

Weight and muscle claims split into two worlds. On one side are approved GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide, studied in large randomised trials with published labels. On the other are compounds sold online with borrowed names and borrowed results: retatrutide before approval, cagrilintide outside its trials, growth hormone secretagogues such as sermorelin, hexarelin, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin, and blends promising muscle without training.

The files here keep those worlds apart. They report trial time points and average changes where real data exist, and say plainly where a dose chart, calculator or before and after photo has nothing behind it. No file gives a personal dose.
